Summaries
After you have the gist (from highlighting or note-taking), it is time to summarize the significant moments. The summary should focus on characters, setting, conflicts, and other significant events.

Chapter 1
Equality is a 21 year old man who is very different from others. According to the world council all men must strive to be completely alike but Equality says he was born with a curse. He has been thinking forbidden thoughts for most of his life and he doesn't resist them. Which means Equality has his own way of thinking and doing things himself. He really do not acknowledge that "All people must form one big, happy, indivisible "WE". Equality and International as Street Sweepers come across a grate with a hole leading into a deep dark shaft. Equality climbs down and explores. Each night after Equality sneaks out of the theater and spends a coulpe hours down there. Equality admits that hes evil since hes the only person doing something just because he wishes to do it. Equality has no shame or regret.

In chapter 3 when equality is performing expairemnts in the underground tunnel he comes across the power of elctricty that he stumbled across two years ago while using copper wires form the tunnel to pin frogs aginast the walls for bio expairments.This theme describes equallity engunity in trying too better himslef and the counicl of schloras looks down on him and could be puinshed. In chapter 4 equality meets liberty and equallity gives her the nickname too liberty of the Golden one she turins to him and says and calls him unconqured. THis theme describes equallity by him having the power too make new firends with liberty By Nick Stewart
Chapter 5
Equality is thrilled about the special light that he made. With nothing but metals and wires he can light all of the cities in the world with his new invention Equality thinks that it would be a good idea to share his invention with others. He hopes that the Scholars would help him develope and spread his invention.By Nick Stewart

In chapter equallity takes his new invetion to the Counicl of Schaorls.They were asnonished to find the invention worked and that a street sweeper was presenting it too them the were scared of the light being shown too them but after the presnation he is banished form the world counicl and is charged with lawbreaking this shows that Equlaitty is trying to have faith that the council will be thrilled. Tone Analyses
Each member of your group must write one analysis of a single, agreed upon tone. The group should decide on whether or not the tone changes over the course of the novel. If it does not, write about a single tone. If it does, write about the shift between two tones. Make sure to sign your analysis.
